BreatheVantage

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 12, 2026

BreatheVantage is built privacy-first. The short version: we don't collect your data. The app has no account system, no analytics, no advertising, and no backend server. It runs entirely on your device. This policy explains exactly what that means.

Information we collect

None that leaves your device. BreatheVantage does not require an account, email address, or login. We do not operate servers that receive your information, and we do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising tools. We have no ability to see how you use the app.

Data stored on your device

To make the app work, some information is stored locally on your iPhone and never transmitted to us or anyone else:

  • Session history — records of breathing sessions you complete, so the app can show your history and streaks.

  • Preferences — your chosen breathing patterns, soundscape, and settings.

This data stays on your device. Deleting the app removes it.

Apple Health

If you choose to enable it, BreatheVantage writes your completed sessions to Apple Health as Mindfulness minutes. This is entirely optional and opt-in:

  • We only write to Health after you explicitly grant permission.

  • We write only — the app never reads any information from Apple Health.

  • This data is managed by Apple Health under your control. We never receive it, and we never use it for advertising.

  • You can revoke access at any time in the Health app, or turn the feature off in BreatheVantage.

Payments and subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your payment details. Any data related to your purchase is handled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy.

Camera and sensors

This version of BreatheVantage does not use your camera, microphone, or any biometric sensors.

Third parties

We do not share, sell, or disclose your information to third parties, because we don't collect it. The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

Children's privacy

BreatheVantage is rated for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Your rights (GDPR, CCPA, and others)

Privacy regulations such as the GDPR and CCPA give you rights to access or delete personal data a company holds about you. Because we don't collect or store any of your personal data, there is nothing for us to access, export, or delete. All app data lives on your device, and uninstalling the app permanently removes it.

Data retention and deletion

We retain nothing, because we receive nothing. On-device data persists until you delete it within the app or uninstall BreatheVantage.

International users

Since your data never leaves your device, there is no international transfer of your personal information by us.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the app handles data in a future version, we'll update this page and revise the date above.
