Terms of Use

Acceptance

By downloading or using BreatheVantage ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

License

BreatheVantage is licensed, not sold, to you for use under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (LAEULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/, as supplemented by these Terms.

Subscriptions, trial, and auto-renewal

  • Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription: Monthly ($6.99) or Yearly ($49.99), and as a one-time Lifetime ($99) purchase.

  • New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged during the trial, and you can cancel before it ends to avoid being billed.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

  • Manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device. Payment is charged to your Apple account.

  • The Lifetime option is a one-time purchase that unlocks current Premium features permanently, with no recurring charge.

Medical disclaimer & assumption of risk

BreatheVantage is a wellness and relaxation tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any breathing practice, especially if you have a respiratory, cardiac, or psychiatric condition, or are pregnant. Stop immediately if you feel dizzy, lightheaded, or unwell. Do not use the App while driving or operating machinery. You use the App and its breathing exercises at your own risk.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laya Vantage Systems Corp will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Intellectual property

The App, its design, audio, and content are owned by Laya Vantage Systems Corp and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them except as permitted by the license.

Apple's terms

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and the LAEULA. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Laya Vantage Systems Corp's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a revised date.
